Commodore Uday Bhaskar

Chitrapu Uday Bhaskar, a retired Commodore who served in the Indian Navy, is one of India's leading experts on security and strategic affairs.
Commodore Bhaskar is currently the Director of the Society for Policy Studies (SPS), an independent think-tank based in New Delhi, India. He has the rare distinction of being the head of three think tanks during his career - the earlier two being the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA) and the National Maritime Foundation (NMF).
He is a columnist, editor, and contributor of numerous research-articles on nuclear and international security issues to reputed journals in India and abroad. He is also a life member of the United Services Institute(USI).

Amb. Sheel Kant Sharma

A career diplomat, Dr. Sheel Kant Sharma was Ambassador of India to Austria and Permanent Representative to the UN Office in Vienna and IAEA, Indian Governor to IAEA Board of Governors. He was also the ninth Secretary General of the SAARC. He was the Joint Secretary, Disarmament & International Security Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs India, covering all disarmament issues, bilateral security dialogues and dialogues on nuclear non-proliferation & export controls and defence Cooperation. Currently, Dr. Sharma is Distinguished Fellow, Centre for Air Power Studies, New Delhi.

Amb Rajiv Dogra

Rajiv Dogra is an Indian diplomat, television commentator, writer and an artist. He was the Indian Ambassador to Italy and Romania and Consul General to Karachi, Pakistan. He was also India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Agencies based in Rome. He has advised a government on restructuring its foreign ministry and has sat on the advisory boards of multinational corporations.
He is an active public speaker and one the foremost Indian commentator on foreign policy and strategic affairs. He appears regularly on television and writes columns for leading Indian newspapers and magazines. He is noted for his considered and assertive views.

Prof. Vijaya Katti

Prof. Vijaya Katti, M.A., Ph.D., Post-Doctoral Research (ICSSR Fellow) is presently Dean Administration (Academics) at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. In the past, she has handled the charge of Chairperson for MDP, Research and Graduate Studies Divisions since 2000 in the Institute. She has also acted as Director of IIFT from time to time.
She has done extensive work on Indo-Nepal Economic Relations, Indo-German Economic Relations, Indo-Canada Economic Relations, WTO Related Issues, Services, Textiles, Trade Potential of AYUSH Products, Regional Trading Arrangements and India’s FTAs with various countries. She has acted as a Consultant to Ministry of Textiles, ICRIER, Reliance Industries Ltd., Grasim Industries Ltd. etc.
